RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

Please read the following refund and return terms carefully before purchasing. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.

I. Return Period

Sixth Light Perception LLC offers a 30-day return policy.

Customers must contact our customer service team and submit a return request within 30 days of receiving the item(s).

Orders for which a return request is not submitted within this 30-day window will not be eligible for return or refund.

II. Return Conditions

To ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers, returned items must meet the following conditions:

The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed;
The item remains in its original packaging;
All tags and accessories are intact;
The item is in a condition suitable for resale.

As women's sleepwear is considered intimate apparel, returns will not be accepted in the following cases for hygiene and safety reasons:

Items that have been worn or used;
Items that have been washed;
Items with odors, stains, damage, or signs of human-induced alteration;
Items missing tags or with incomplete packaging.
III. Returns Due to Quality Issues

If the item you received falls into any of the following categories:

Damaged item;
Manufacturing defect;
Incorrect item received;
Item significantly differs from the order;

Please contact us as soon as possible after receipt and provide your order number along with relevant photos.

Once a quality issue is confirmed:

Sixth Light Perception LLC will cover the return shipping costs;
We will provide a refund or a replacement item, depending on the specific circumstances.
IV. Returns Not Related to Quality Issues

If the reason for the return is:

Incorrect size selection;
Change of mind/personal preference;
Dislike of the style or color;
Other reasons unrelated to product quality;

Then:

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs;
The item must be shipped to the designated return address;
We will process the refund after receiving and inspecting the returned item to ensure it meets the requirements.
V. Return Process

Provide the following information:
Order number;
Purchaser's name;
Contact email;
Reason for return;
Photos of the item (if applicable).
Wait for customer service review and obtain return authorization. Please return the item(s) to the address provided by customer service.

Items returned without prior approval may not be eligible for a refund.

VII. Refund Processing

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will complete the inspection within 3–5 business days.

VIII. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

If the order has not yet entered the processing or shipping stage, we will do our best to assist with the cancellation and refund.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled directly; you will need to request a return in accordance with this refund policy.
